Great news!!

This morning I received an email to say I've been accepted into the silk painting exhibition for the:

2008 International Balloon Fiesta

When: Beginning of August 2008 until October 2008

Where: Anderson-Abruzzo International Balloon Museum, Albuquerque, New Mexico USA

As a member of SPIN, I was invited to send in an application and sample silk painting

I'll be receiving my package soon with the silk enclosed - 2m x 1m - 6'x3' - and will start planning the design I am going to paint.

How exciting for you, will you be comming for the Balloon Fiesta? I'll make sure to get over to the and see the paintings, it should be a wonderful exhibit! Have fun in France, it sounds like a wonderful adventure.
